I have had a problem with my toenails lifting and causing pain. or even tear away from my toe (proximal onycholysis).. I went to our local Maynooth Farmers Market and met Heather Wells (heather@healallskin.com, who suggested talking Bragg's Vinegar as a drink. I thought she was silly and I laughed..Wel I have spent Hundreds of dollars trying to get rid of the fungus (proximal onycholysis). I am taking one tablespoon a day in a bottle of water (500ml) and one Tablespoon of honey or corn syrup.  one month later it 80% gone.  I wish I took pictures.  It worked
